The good: Keypad holds out
The bad: PTT button breaks
Summary: I am an administrator at a cable company and we issue all of our techs i355's. We have a total of about 400 techs market wide and I usually have 10-15 broken PTT buttons a month. Nextel charges about $60 to fix this but only charges $39.00 to replace a phone with an issue they can't resolve. Go figure.
The good: Good coverage everywhere I go.
Good customer service/support on the phone
New Every 2, better pricing then new customers
The bad: Horrible in store customer service.
Data plans are expensive.
No Family text plans
Summary: I currently have a 5 line family plan and have been with Verizon since day 1 and was with Airtouch before that. The coverage has always been good where ever I have traveled.

Verizon gives you either $50 or $100 off the new customer price on a new phone at the end of a two year contract when you renew for another two years.

Whatever you do, try to do all feature/plan changes and phone upgrades online or through call in customer service. I have found that the customer service reps on the phone are pleasant and will go the extra mile to take care of you. If you upgrade on-line the rebates are instant and shipping is free.

The only reason to go into a store is to look at phone in person. I have found, without exception, dealing with the Verizon corporate store employees to be frustratingly. They are arrogant, condescending, and will lie to you if they think you don't know what you are doing.

Their data plans are expensive and that likely will not change as they cater to business and don't have much excess capacity.
net 10 is a great phone these people say you cant keep your minutes if your phone dies and you get a different phone all you have to do is have your serial number and tell the company and they will transfer them you just need to be smart enough to know what to do.
The good: Takes alot of abuse. Must be related to the energizer bunny. Clear voice and plenty loud. Great at picking up a signal.
The bad: Lousy screen, ringtones, polyphonic out of date. Kind of bulky. Difficult to read clock. I suppose I could get a watch.
Summary: Overall this is a quality phone with basic phone features. If you like cool ringtones upgrade. Otherwise you should be able to get it totally free. To bad cingular only gives away freebees with renewed 2-year contracts.
The good: Windows Mobile, pdf viewer,Active sync,POP3 mail, and the list goes on..and on
The bad: I guess non ,maybe the battery life?
Summary: This is by far Nextel's best and most complete phone. However i should note that it would take someone needing their Corperate e-mail and Smartphone applications at their fingertips,to really appreciate the i930.My co-workers always brag on their Treo or Crackberry.Everything that they can do ,I can do with my i930.I have a 2 GB SD card in mine...including about 1 GB of music played through my media player...over 200 pictures, and 30 to 40 videos. It does it all. Finally a very underated phone on the market. :-)
The good: Great reception everywhere; drop one call about every 6 months. Who knew wireless service could be this great!! Also, great customer service; when you go into a store, they smile and are ready to help you immediately.
The bad: Nothing at all!!
Summary: US Cellular is the way to go; they take care of their customers.
The good: Roller-wheel is amazing, size (so thin!), battery life.
The bad: No camera.
Summary: Interface is more customizable, but better laid out then in the past. If you have used a BB before it might take some time to find what you are looking for and how to use the buttons, but once you do you will love the interface. The roller wheel is a dream, I have used multiple smartphones and blackberry's and this is by far the best. I charge the thing once a week. No delay when trying to navigate through the device. Very customizable. And the media feature is a great addition.
The good: Small but not to small, music player is nice bonus, camera is better then most.
The bad: Music player takes a long time to load if you put a larger microSD card in (2gb), browsing the os could be faster.
Summary: The phone is the perfect size to throw in your pocket and not feel like you are being weighed down.
Not sure about the other review, I was able to use mp3's as my ringer.
The good: No suprise charges, free night&weekends, affordable, usually a strong signal
The bad: Honestly, I haven't had any negative experience thus far.
Summary: The thing I like most about alltel is that you get exactly what you sign up for. I am not plagued by random charges like my friends with cingular, nor are my calls dropped frequently like those I know with T-mobile. I almost always have a strong signal even though I live in a rural area, and I almost never have dropped calls. I don't know too much about the customer service, because I have never had to call them, no problems to speak of.
The good: It is small and slim with a big screen.
The bad: You have to constantly clean the phone cause it absorbs everything. Poor picture quality. The reception is the worst!
Summary: I expected a lot more from Motorola and am so disappointed. I expected this phone to be more like the RZR but it is the complete opposite. The phone has the worst reception!
The good: Almost everything about their service.
The bad: Customer Care- dont like the representative find a different one.
Summary: If you sit down and compare pricing plans and data plan speed and rates there isnt a comparison with other companies. I tell ppl in this area about sprint but ppl in other cities i dont because i dont live there and dont know if sprint works great there like it does here. Also, every company wants to renew your contract when you switch plans unless you have struck a deal that doesnt include that. A few comments on other carries to think about, verizon- good coverage but nickel and dime you with plans, cingular- large mobile to mobile calling but over crowded network and slow data speeds, t-mobile - good pricing but not worth the poor coverage. Every company has its faults. If roaming is available use it, increases coverage, phones have a safety feature that tell you, "you are roaming, charges may apply" if included in your plan then turn the feature off and dont worry about it and go roaming. Everyone can listen to other ppl but the one that asks questions learn more. Some people are just to lazy to find the anwser.
The good: big screen,1.3 megapixel camera, high quality sound, fast internet, fast typing
The bad: small keyboard
Summary: The HTC Dash is definetly the best phone that I have ever used. It is a very fast and easy to use smartphone. The only downside of the phone is the fact that the keyboard is very small. Although, it only takes a few hours of using it to get used to the keyboard.
The good: QWERTY keypad, unique dual hinge flip phone, great for text messaging and SMS,
The bad: The only thing missing in this phone is a camera and the ability to view web pages via the landscape mode.
Summary: I have the unlocked version but ended up using Cingular anyways. This phone has a lot of features and at first it seams complicated but once you start using the phone for a week i ended loving the QWERTY keypad. What realy attracted me to the phone was the dual hinge technology. It's awsome and i'm glad that Samsung improved the SGH-D307 with the SCH-U740. Can't wait for the unlocked version, cause i don't like Verizon.
The good: Awesome amount of minutes/texts for your money
Cool phones
The bad: Not many new phone deals for existing customers
Summary: I have been VERY satisfied with T-Mobile. They are always helpful with any questions I have, and I hardly have to wait to talk to them. THe website is really easy to use and helpful, too. The plans offer great value. I wish they would offer better phone upgrades for existing customers. Otherwise, they are great!
The good: The hardware is sturdy and solid yet sleek with smooth feel as it slides. Touchscreen awesome...Variety of sounds, colors and interactive graphics- Awesome plus a powerhouse fast wifi!!!
The bad: NONE!!
and I have thoroughly used every smartphone out there!!
Summary: They finally got it right!! Finally a phone that has everything in it...its ultra thin and yet sleek and solid...it packs a powerful punch against the competition...if it gets better than this - let me know!!!
The good: Small, good ringtone quality, good camera w/ flash, Bluetooth capable, easy to use, extras like a tip calculator and converter (converts currency, length, temperature, etc.)
The bad: The numbers on the keypad aren't very big, screen can get scratched easier beings it's a slider, a generic headset with a 2.5 mm end won't work beings it doesn't have an input for that
Summary: Good phone with a lot of upside and for the price, it is well worth it
The good: Best Rates and Best Price
The bad: Wireless cards, come on man!!
Summary: This is the most awesome phone plan on the planet!! You better start getting stock on these guys they will inevetiably dominate the market...slowly!!
The good: Great image and video quality, awesome Mini SD card slot, great reception, awesome text/picture messaging features, sleek design, awesome graphics
The bad: The internal wiring breaks ALOT! I am on my 3rd one due to internal wiring issues. Once you start sending a text you cant cancel it, some features have delay to them, some features feel cheap (like battery and SD card covers) battery slot can be hard to put the charger in, battery is ok but not the greatest.
Summary: I really like this phone, and just because of the great features i was willing to buy replacements but im on my last thread with the wiring crap. I really like it and all but its getting old. THe screen turns blank.
The good: this is a flip phone and a great transformer with an useful and quite appealing qwerty keyboard.this phone is user friendly and fits in pocket very well. overall the whole package is what you can call it.
The bad: not a touch screen as some would prefer and sometimes turns while a person is talking on the phone during call mode. overall, a great quality and all in one phone. recommend it!!!
Summary: nice phone quality, great overall features and functions. also very convenient qwerty keyboard with a very smooth design. recommended to all you who dont like a big square box cell phone in your pocket, which can become quite annoying. it has a very unique and sleek sexy design. dig itt. or be squareddddddd!!!!!
The good: thin profile
The bad: absolutely worthless batteries
Summary: I own 2 RAZR V3m phones. The batteries die after making approximately 3 to 4 calls each lasting only 10 - 15 minutes. I went back to Sprint and explained the problem. They exchanged the batteries AND the phones as well. I thought to myself "GREAT" that takes care of the problem. WRONG!-They also die after approximately 45 minutes of use.
And just to clarify: I only use the phone as a phone - not for browsing, photos, etc., the backlight setting is minimal, vibrate is off, and the Li-ion battery does not have a re-charge "memory".
4 phones/4 batteries = 4 lemons.
