The good: Cool looking. Nice interfaces. Beautiful screen. Compact design. Multiple screens can be open at once. Good phone reception (as compared to Blackberry).
The bad: Battery drains in 3-4 hours of regular use. Email interface is S-L-O-W. Weird things go wrong intermittently, with no rhyme or reason: For example the keypad works in my voicemail program sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't. Not enough apps yet--Facebook, eBay, games etc, but hopefully that will come soon. Speed dial requires pull down keypad--hard when in a hurry, which is, after all, the point of SPEED dial. Setting up email was an 11-hour nightmare for me. So was transferring my contacts.
Summary: This phone is definitely a mixed bag. It is cool, no doubt, but it is temperamental, slow, and idiosyncratic, and I think over time it may drive me nuts for daily use.
Here are some strange things: Email must be web-based, because when you click to open an email, it takes about 10 seconds for you to be able to access the text of the email. Irritating.
The contact list is similarly slow. It does not just pop up.
For someone used to the speed of Blackberry for contacts and emails, this is irritating.
The battery is definitely an issue. People work 8-10 hour days, not 3-4 hour days. This morning, my battery was drained before noon. This will not be good.
That said, I intend to give this a real try for my 30-day trial period, and we'll see.
I have an iTouch, and so I know what that is all about. This is not an "iPhone killer", and I'm not sure it will "save Palm."
The good: As a replacement phone you can not go wrong.
I have one as a back up and it never failed me in a pinch.
The bad: Ok now for the Bad it can play games but now very many. but as far as using it as just a phone well i've said it once and i will say it again you cann't go wrong.
Summary: Simply put it is what it is a cell phone Samsung has done good work on this little guy.
I have used this phone for 5 day's. and it never failed to keep me in touch.
So my vote is buy one and keep it somewhere safe because you never know when your phone will go bad or break.
The good: Excellent Customer Service.
Very good coverage.
Excellent call quality.
Rate plans are very competitively priced compared to ATT & Verizon.
Palm Pre.
The bad: Phone offerings have not been great in the past, but that appears to be changing.
Summary: I have been with Sprint for over 5 years now. During this time I have lived in both the Rocky Mountain area & the Mid-Atlantic, and have traveled quite a bit. In my experience the coverage has been very good. I have rarely been in an area where I did not have Sprint coverage, have been in some with Roaming only, and a few with no coverage at all. The areas with Roaming or no coverage have been very rural, and coverage usually is only down for a short distance while traveling.

My experience with Sprint's customer service in the past has been disappointing. My contract is up this month and I had been looking at switching to either ATT or Verizon. I have had a couple of reasons to contact customer service, and they actually contacted both my wife & I in the last few weeks to check on our level of satisfaction. I assume because we are nearing the end of our contract. My experiences in the last few months with customer service at Sprint have been excellent. I have only interacted with customer service reps that have been in the US or Canada, and they have all been very helpful and pleasant. They have a new policy now that they will resolve your issue in one phone call.

In short, I find Sprint's network coverage & call quality to be very good. Customer service has been improved significantly. At this point, I am planning on upgrading to the new Palm Pre and staying with Sprint for at least another 2 years.
The good: Nice QWERTY, good display, easy use.
The bad: no video, no custom ring tones, no web.
Summary: I have owned an LG Banter from alltel since about a week after it came out. No major problems so far unlike the LG Scoop which most of us know that it was the last main Alltel qwerty phone that had many bugs that where never compleatly fixed. But overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. The design of the phone is nice it has a nice feel to it with many sleek curves. The qwerty has a preaty good lay out except they moved the 2 action keys (which where on the side of the scoops screen) down on to the key board which kind of jumbled up that top line on the qwerty keyboard which is only numbers. Other than that, it has a baisic chat style texting format a micro sd card slot, and this really blew my mind when I heard this but the Banter is capable of handling a 16gb. micro sd card which is alot for a baisic qwerty phone, it has a music player but strangely no web browser, oh well I can do without it. It preaty baisic on durability, ive droped mine twice and it has minor scratches but no internal problems.

Well thats all for my LG Banter review hope you like it.
The good: The phone has a great feel to it. I love the fact that it has wifi, opticle mouse, and a touch screen.
The bad: The screen is small and not responsive as others. The call quality is not as good as I expected. Internet Explorer was a disappointment as well.
Summary: I had the tilt before purchasing the Epix. I was used to the large screen on the tilt. I downloaded spb mobile shell 3.0 onto my epix, and surprisingly it worked well. The touch screen is not as responsive as the tilt, but you do get use to it. I'm learning to love this phone.
The good: 1. Safari is better than other phone internet browsers. Very fast.
2. Sensitive touch screen
3. The virtual keyboard helps you type faster with auto correction.
4. 3G speed
5. Many apps. Very useful.
6. A good iPod or music player.
7. Stylish Design
8. Easy to use
9. The screen is scratch-resistance
10, jailbreakable! Sim lock can be unlocked!
11. The mic on the hand-free earphone is slim.
12. push mail sservice
The bad: 1. 2.0 mega pixel camera
2. Battery life goes short when used excessively.
3. The back cover is easily scratched
4. Apps sometimes close or hang due to the lack of ram.
5. CPU is underclocked from 620MHz to 412 MHz
6. A little complicated when adding ur own ringtones to iphone
7. Jailbreaking and unlocking are a little bit complicated.

Summary: iPhone is certainly the best smartphone which keeps you in touch with the internet everywhere with the web browser Safari. Its multiple-touch screen enables a convenient use of the phone.
Also, it is supported by lots of apps which bring lots of functions to the phone.
Besides, it is an ipod.
Finally, since the day I bought the iphone, I started to love using mobile phone.
The good: Reps that will go out of their way to get you the service that you demand or want, go by polices and regulations.
The bad: Slow at getting better phones, small company
Summary: How dare you guys talk about a cell phone company as great as nTelos. Maybe if you use that mind of yours, you can see that almost every carrier DOES NOT own the tower. So if you are on Verizon, they split that tower with other carriers in order to keep cost and market down. All carriers do this so your a dummy if you don't realize it. Also I have been a loyal customer of nTelos for about 13 years and never had a problem. Maybe if you go into a store and talk to these human beings like people and stop putting the blame on them for your life you would be fine. Do your judging and you see that most carriers are the same. But nTelos still have the lost prices around. If you have shot up credit, GO TO NTELOS. The prepay is the best way to go. Talk unlimited local, unlimited w/t long dis+ text, unlimited w/t long distance text pics data 411.....Get out of here...Go NTELOS. Yall ROCK!!
Great deals since PRIMCO and super deals with nTelos.
The good: The phone has large keys which accomidates my large fingers quite well. The menu is very easy to follow. Overall, it has very good reception and the volume control allows you to hear very well.
The bad: The major ( and only problem ) I've encountered thus far is the phone is not able to download certain programs(such as map-it)
Summary: From my experiences with Nokia, I strongly believe I would have still purchased a Nokia product. I do believe my purchase would have been with a less expensive phone, due to the limitations of the 3606.
The good: It looks cool. large display. good bluetooth service
The bad: Freezes alot, texting is difficult when it doesnt register the right letter your typing in. and sometimes i wanna throw it against a wall
Summary: i've had this phone since nov. 2008, i upgraded from my LG 3800. comparing the two the old one was better. This phone freezes every so often and the battery life isnt that great. The camera when i go to use it, sometimes says "unknown error" and i cant use it for a little while, i bought it for its original price of like 250ish and now its worth only 50 dollars and i know why
The good: Durable (i dropped it alot) easy to text with (while driving i might add) easy set up and u can change how to set up the menu via display themes, and good camera
The bad: bad bluetooth, battery life was not the best (charged it every three days)
Summary: I loved this phone and when i had to upgrade, i didnt want to but it had a good camera, and u can put a memory card in it for more music or more pics. was a good texting phone, and i've had this phone for a little over 18 months and i only had one in that time frame. it also fit in my steering wheel so i could use speaker phone and not get pulled over for using my phone
Great phone that will only get better with software updates.
The good: people,prices,service,phones
The bad: none
Summary: i have been with t-mobile so long i have forgotten when i started. i tried at least three other carriers before and would rate them all "F". my adult kids have tried AT&T and hate it. its T-Mobile for me for the foreseeable future
The good: great querty keyboard, highly functional touch screen
The bad: battery could be bigger
Summary: overall the enV touch is a sleek, stylish phone that has a highly functional touch screen, a great full querty keyboard. It also has a 3.5 headphone jack, micro SD slot, a volume changer, and the slide to the unlock feature.
The good: Responsive touch screen, good call quality, MP3, Windows Mobile (free apps), clear/crisp screen. Great camera shots in good lighting. 3.5mm audio jack. 3G connectivity. Good price range - $50 at the real life Buy More. =)
The bad: Windows Mobile, where a reboot is necessary. Not so great camera in not so good lighting. AT&T 3G is some places. Screen is smaller than I'm used to. It's reflective and a finger-print magnet.
Summary: All in all, it's a great phone. In some ways, better than iPhone. Mainly because I can send MMS and install all the apps that I had since the Cingular 8125 first came out.
No way I'm going to pay $199 for a 8GB phone, where I can 'upgrade' my memory card to 16GB down the road.
Also, since that I've been with a WM phone since time began, I dont have to 'relearn' a new phone's UI. Slight changes on 6.1 doesn't bother me.
Lot's of people complain about the battery life, but if you get into the habit of charging every night. It will last more than 12 hours on casual use, so it doesn't bother me.
Screen is clear and responsive, as much as one can expect on a resistive screen. It's just alittle smaller than I'm used to with the 8525 work horse that I had. I would love to have a 3.5 screen like the iPhone, but whatever. If I went with the iPhone, I'll be restricting myself to all that is Apple. So more good than bad in my opinion.
3G connectivity is better on the Incite than the 8525, but just. I think it's my relation to AT&T cell tower and my house. Works everywhere else.
Cell call drops is no more than usual, so it's all about location, location, location.
Not going to mention the MP3 stuff. It's all good, especially with the 3.5mm jack. I'm considering loosing my MP3 player all together.
If you are considering a WM phone, consider the LG Incite. Give it a couple of days or so before one starts to bash on it. There are more + than - in my opinion and experience on this phone. =)
The good: Good and Clear camera pics, great sound volume when playing songs, nice shortcuts to make things easier, useful widgets that are helpful to everyday life, expandable memory with external memory cards, comes with 2 batteries so that you can charge 1 while using the other 1,clear in video recording, has a shortcut in calling your favorite contacts, can text also when phone is sideways, good weather widget that shows complete info
The bad: - Very Low memory for text messages only 500 maximum
-Each page of a text message counts as 1 draining the text memory (a text with 3 pages counts as 3), others each text even if it is more than 1 page only counts as 1 (a text with 3 pages counts as 1)
-Dictionary style is not that user friendly as like the nokia dictionary in text messaging -touch sensitive screen is not as responsive as the iPhone
-it locks itself earlier even if you set it lock at a later time
Summary: The multimedia features are what's best in this product, but in texting, connecting to the web, searching your phone and fixing your songs the way you want it, is harder than you think.
The good: everything so far
The bad: nothing so far
Summary: i just got an iphone

this phone is a definate upgrade from my lg vu that would freeze on me and take forever to load

i havent run into any of the probles other people have mentioned yet so id reccomend it to everyone
The good: very reasonable price with no taxes or additional fees
The bad: web browser is limited
Summary: A wonderful cell service. Radio Shack sold me the i290 phone and it was so easy. Activation took 10 minutes. Great coverage...I used this phone on a recent trip through the Eastern US and never had problems. Signal was strong in the mountains, in the cities, or on the beach. Texting was easy and reliable. Best part is no contracts, no taxes, and no additional fees, just $50/month on my credit card for unlimited minutes and text. Highly recommended.
The good: awesome mp3 and video player sounds incredible with bose headset video player has awesome color ,performance is excellent
The bad: dont use there dowload for wallpaper when on line there cheezy get your own of your computer
Summary: i just install the new 16 gig sd micro card and it works great already have 265 videos and 300 mp3s and only used 8 gigs the keyboard works great excellent reception well worth the money if you want a phone with sound qaulity for mp3s and videos this unit kicks ass with bose headphones and the color on video is excellent and sounds great and unlimited text and long distance and local and internet yeah baby i love it
The good: Great keyboard.
The bad: Not getting calls...
Summary: I'm on my SECOND Banter, I have gone round and round trying to figure out if it was the service or the phone, finally to discover it is the phone. I have missed MOST of my calls and texts. It will recognize that I have a text or voicemail when I go to use it again. It wont ring or anything. The last one did this and this one does too. I had a Scoop before this and it shut itself off all the time, I think I'm done with LG, I've never had this problem before and it's really frustrating when you are waiting for an important call and never get it, or when someone left a message when you missed that call and it doesn't let you know until 2 hours later.
The good: Wifi - don't have to pay pda plans. Battery lasts a long time due to saver features. Mouse, touch screen and keyboard.
The bad: Have some trouble with ring tone not being loud enough to be heard. Wifi setup instructions are insufficient.
Summary: I bought this phone because I didn't want to pay for a pda plan. Had some trouble getting the wifi to connect correctly, even with all of the info I found on the net. AT&T was not helpful. I contacted Samsung directly and was put through to 2nd level support - five minutes later it is up and running and no problems since!
This is by far the most flexible, coolest phone device I have ever owned.
