Verizon will start off the week by releasing the long awaited Palm Treo 755P. Unfortunately the 755p is no spring chicken as it has been available on Sprint for some time now and with rumors of a Treo 800 in the works it may appear as 'too little too late? for those patiently waiting Verizon customers. Still it's good to see Verizon continues to offer a diverse PDA/Smartphone lineup. The phone will be available online Monday December, 17th for $449 with a 2 year contract before any instant discounts and rebates have been applied.
Next, Alltel customers will be happy to know the Blackberry 8130 is now available for purchase. The phone sports the same form factor, specifications and "amethyst? color as Sprints? 8130 variation for about the same price. The phone will set you back around $150 (after a $100 rebate), but it's a reasonable price to pay for device that has proven itself to be a solid performer amongst business and personal users alike.
