The Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra are now official, and like previous Galaxy S flagships, you're going to have a hard time finding a carrier who won't sell you one.
To help you decide which new Samsung phone is for you, we've compiled the prices of both the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Z Flip and put them together in one easy-to-read spot. The Galaxy S20 series will be available for pre-order starting February 21st and will launch on March 6th.
AT&T
- Galaxy S20 5G starts at $33.34 per month for 30 months ($1,000 full price).
- Galaxy S20+ 5G starts at $40 per month for 30 months ($1,200 full price).
- Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G starts at $46.67 per month for 30 months ($1,400 full price).
- For a limited time, customers who port a line to AT&T, sign up for an Unlimited Extra or Unlimited Elite plan, and buy an S20 series phone on installments, and trade in an eligible smartphone can get a Galaxy S20 5G for free or a Galaxy S20+ 5G starting at $200.
- Galaxy Z Flip starts at $46 per month for 30 months ($1,380 full price), will be available for pre-order starting February 14th.
Boost Mobile
- Galaxy S20 5G will be available for $999.99.
Sam's Club
- Members who pre-order a Galaxy S20 phone through March 1st on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, or U.S. Cellular can get a $200 Sam's Club eGift Card. Purchase must be completed between Friday, March 6th and Sunday, March 8th.
Samsung
- Customers who pre-order between February 21st and March 5th can get a $100 Samsung credit with the Galaxy S20, a $150 credit with the Galaxy S20+, or a $200 credit with the Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Sprint
- Sprint will sell the Galaxy S20 for $41.67 per month on an 18-month Sprint Flex lease, while the Galaxy S20+ will be $50 per month and the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be $58.34 per month.
- Customers who switch to Sprint and trade in a Galaxy S8 or newer in any condition can get a Galaxy S20 for $0 per month on a Sprint Flex lease. The S20+ is $8.33 per month with this deal, while the Galaxy S20 Ultra is $16.67 per month.
- Customers who lease a Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra can get a second S20 for free when you add a line (new customers must add two lines).
- Galaxy Z Flip is now available for pre-order online for $57.50 per month on an 18-month Sprint Flex lease or $1,380 full retail price.
T-Mobile
- Galaxy S20 5G starts at $0 down and $41.67 per month for 24 months on EIP, $249.99 down and $30 per month for 18 months on JUMP! On Demand, or $999.99 full retail for 128GB.
- Galaxy S20+ 5G starts at $0 down and $50 per month on EIP, $449.99 down and $28 per month on JUMP! On Demand, or $1,199.99 full retail for 128GB. The 512GB model is $149.99 down and $50 per month on EIP, $599.99 down and $26 per month on JUMP! On Demand, or $1,349.99 full retail.

- Customers who switch to U.S. Cellular and sign up for an Everyday or Even Better Unlimited Plan can get $500 off any Galaxy S20 model, existing customers who are eligible for an upgrade can get $200 off.
Verizon
- Galaxy S20 5G will start at $41.66 per month for 24 months or $999.99 full retail.
- Galaxy S20+ 5G will start at $49.99 per month for 24 months or $1,199.99 full retail.
- Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will start at $58.33 per month for 24 months or $1,399.99 full retail
- Galaxy S20+ 5G and S20 Ultra 5G will be available for pre-order starting February 21st, but Galaxy S20 5G will launch sometime in Q2 2020.
- Customers who buy a Galaxy S20+ or S20 Ultra, add a new line, and buy another Galaxy S20 model on a Device Payment plan can get $1,050 toward the second S20.
- New and existing customers can get $150 spread over 24 monthly bill credits when they buy a Galaxy S20+.
- Existing customers can save up to $300 when they buy a Galaxy S20 series phone, trade in an existing smartphone, and have an active Verizon Unlimited plan.
