The good: Fewest dropped calls, good receptionThe bad: noneSummary: We have had other carries and this is the best of any we have had. I would not change carriers. Love the roll over minutes.

The good: I like how you can get free calls from 7-7. Phone selectionThe bad: Poor service in my area, Summary: What can I say I'm not happy with reception, the amount of dropped calls and the fact that my incoming phone calls sometimes go directly to voicemail without ever ringing.

Cingular Wireless Service

The good: Its the best service to me that you will ever get. I am always able to use my cell phone in places where others can't. Its GREATThe bad: NoneSummary: Cingular Wireless is the best. Other members of my family has other carriers and they always have trouble with their service. There is alot of times that they can't use and talk on their phone where we can or they will be talking to someone and will lose the connection so far I have never in the whole time I have used Cingular Wireless I have never had this problem. Cingular Wireless is THE BEST.

The good: Great coverage, no dropped calls, great receptionThe bad: Getting through to someone live - you have to go through the automated response unit first, (just like everywhere else but that doesn't make it any better) and it's horrible! I HATE having to listen to a recording over and over and push buttons just to talk to someone.Summary: I've been with Cingular since they were Pacific Bell Mobile Services (when they first started up). The service has gotten nothing but better and better. The coverage, at the beginning, wasn't that good but I can pretty much get a signal everywhere we go, and we travel several times a year within the US. I can't remember EVER having a dropped call either.

Cingular Wireless - Madison County, Alabama

The good: Has a large service area.Gives good discounts.The bad: This service area is terrible.Drops calls regularly, dead spots and bad reception. Summary: I got cingular wirless two years ago. I was originally told since they merged with AT&T we would have access to their towers also. This service is so bad in our area, I can't wait until my two years are up to get rid of them. I have spoke to other people that have Cingular Wireless and they feel the same way. I have called Cingular Wireless many times concerning the bad reception, dropped calls and many dead spots and they don't care. They WILL NOT let you out of your contract at any cost. They are horrible.

Dropping the Bar

The good: Best CellphonesThe bad: Service Umm not so much!Summary: I get a dropped call eight to ten times a month. Only good thing about cingular is their customer service. Very friendly and helpful people, but who enjoys calling customer service?! Oh, btw don't buy your phone from the store, they are much cheaper online.

Wonderful Service

The good: There seems to always be a signal when I am out and about. Even when I am with friends I seem to have a signal when they dont.The bad: The bill never seems to be consistant. You sign up for one thing then the bill comes and you have all of these extra charges that we suppose to be in "fine print".Summary: Overall a wonderful cell phone company. Wide coverage area and helpful customer service. I enjoy being able to count on having service no matter where I am!

Cingular is too iffy

The good: Roll-over minutesThe bad: Call drops too frequentlySummary: Calls get dropped all the time, I don't care what their commercial says...I even had an experience where I wasn't getting my voice mail...and can you believe once I sent a text msg and it took 2 weeks to be delivered !
