After updating the Gmail app for iOS with a new widget, Google has revealed that it'll soon give a few more of its iOS apps new home screen widgets.

Google Drive will soon have a new iOS 14 widget that'll let you quickly search for a file in your Drive storage plus give you quick access to the files that it thinks you're most likely to need.

The Google Fit widget will let you see your Heart Points and Steps at a glance on your home screen, both for today and for the week.

In the coming weeks, Google Calendar will get a widget that'll put your upcoming appointments on your home screen and let you quickly jump to your full calendar.

Google Chrome is getting a widget soon, too, and it will give you quick access to a Google Search bar plus buttons to open a new tab or incognito tab, perform a voice search, or scan a QR code.
