Having problems watching YouTube? You're not the only one.
YouTube is down right now. The website and mobile apps appear to be working, but when you try to load up a video, you'll be met with a loading indicator that doesn't ever go away.
The outage has been confirmed by YouTube, which posted to Twitter that its team is "aware of the issue and working on a fix".
If you’re having trouble watching videos on YouTube right now, you’re not alone – our team is aware of the issue and working on a fix. We’ll follow up here with any updates.

YouTube TV appears to be affected by this outage, too. Reports of YouTube TV customers unable to access the service are pouring in on Down Detector and Reddit.
Unfortunately, there's no word yet on when service might be restored.
UPDATE: As of 5:48 pm PT, YouTube appears to be coming back online. While there's been no official announcement that things are back to normal, we're able to watch videos on the YouTube website and in the mobile apps again. Is YouTube working for you?
UPDATE 2: And as of 6:13 pm PT, YouTube has confirmed that it's fully back online across all devices and YouTube services.
