Just one week after launching watchOS 7.0.2, another Apple Watch update has begun rolling out.
An update to watchOS 7.0.3 is now rolling out. This release is only for the Apple Watch Series 3, though, so owners of other Apple Watch models won't see this update on their device.
The reason that this update is only for the Apple Watch Series 3 is that it fixes a bug that may cause the watch to unexpectedly restart. That's a pretty serious issue, which explains why Apple is releasing a new update only for the Apple Watch Series 3 that's focused on squashing the bug.
"watchOS 7.0.3 contains improvements and bug fixes, including an issue where Apple Watch Series 3 may unexpectedly restart for some users", Apple says in its changelog for the update.
If you've got an Apple Watch Series 3, you can get this update by launching the Watch app on your paired iPhone and then tap on "General" followed by "Software Update".
