Verizon confirmed back in August that it would launch the Motorola One in "early October", and today the new Moto phone is officially joining Verizon's lineup.
The Motorola One 5G UW is now available from Verizon for $22.91 per month for 24 months or $549.99 full retail price. New and existing Verizon customers can get up to $550 off the new Motorola One 5G UW via 24 monthly bill credits when they sign up for a Do More, Play More, or Get More unlimited plan and trade in an eligible phone.
As its name suggests, the Motorola One 5G UW includes support for Verizon's super-fast 5G Ultra Wideband mmWave network, which is available in parts of 55 cities as of this week. The phone also works with Verizon's low-band 5G Nationwide network that launched this week and is available in more than 1,800 cities.
The Motorola One 5G UW includes a 6.7-inch 2520x1080 display with 90Hz refresh rate and dual hole-punch selfie cameras: a 16MP ultra wide for group photos and a standard 8MP cam. There are four more cameras on the back of the phone, it including a 48MP main cam with 1.6µm pixel size and f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra wide with 118-degree field of view, a 5MP macro camera with ring light for better-lit close-ups, and a 2MP depth cam.
There's a fingerprint reader on the side of the Motorola One 5G UW that's built into the power button, and the body itself features a water repellent design. Inside is a Snapdragon 765 processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a microSD slot that supports cards up to 1TB, and a 5000mAh battery. A 3.5mm headphone jack is included, too, along with Android 10.
