Are you interested in learning more about the Pixel 4a 5G following this past weekend's photo leak? If so, we've got good news for you.
New renders have surfaced that show off the entirety of the Pixel 4a 5G's design. These CAD-based renders come to us from OnLeaks and 91mobiles, and they give us our first look at the front of the Pixel 4a 5G after previously having only seen its side and rear.
As suspected, the Pixel 4a 5G looks a lot like the Pixel 5. It's got a hole-punch display, a dual rear camera setup in a square camera bump, and a rear fingerprint reader. One of the big differences between the two phones is that the Pixel 4a 5G is expected to have a slightly larger display that's around 6.1 or 6.2 inches, while the Pixel 5 will have a 5-inch screen.
The Pixel 4a 5G is also expected to have a plastic body while the Pixel 5 has a metal shell, which should help to bring the price down. And like the previous "a" series phones from Google, the Pixel 4a 5G will have a 3.5mm headphone jack while the Pixel 5 will not.
A recent rumor suggested that the Pixel 4a 5G spec list will include a 60Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 765G processor with 5G support, an ultra-wide rear camera, and a 12.2MP main rear cam. Also expected to be included is 6GB of RAM and a 3800mAh battery.
Google has already confirmed the Pixel 4a 5G's existence, saying it'll launch this fall at a starting price of $499. That's a $150 premium over the regular Pixel 4a, but for that extra cash you get some real upgrades including a bigger screen and battery, a faster processor, and, of course, 5G connectivity.
