The Snapdragon 865 Plus includes the same Kryo 585 CPU as the regular 865, but the Plus model has a 10 percent higher max clock speed of 3.1GHz. The Adreno 650 GPU in the Snapdragon 865 Plus also boasts 10 percent faster graphics rendering than the non-Plus Snapdragon 865.

Qualcomm says that devices with the Snapdragon 865 Plus will be announced in the third quarter of 2020. ASUS confirmed today that its upcoming ROG Phone 3 will be powered by the Snadpragon 865 Plus, and Lenovo is working on its own gaming phone called Legion that'll also have the Snapdragon 865 Plus inside it.
