After showing off third-party games coming to Xbox Series X back in April, Microsoft will reveal some of the games its own studios are cooking up later this month.
The Xbox Games Showcase will take place on July 23 at 9:00 am PT / 12:00 pm ET, Microsoft confirmed today. It'll also be teaming up with Geoff Keighley on a "Summer Game Fest" pre-show for the event one hour earlier.
It's expected that we'll see first-part titles for the Xbox Series X shown at this event. There haven't been many games confirmed for the show, but we do know that Halo Infinite will be shown. There are lots of other games that might also be shown, including possibly a new title in the Forza racing series.
Microsoft previously teased that is July event will include "first looks at new gameplay, insights from development teams being optimized for Xbox Series X, and brand-new game announcements."
The Xbox Series X is slated to launch in the holiday 2020 season.
