Verizon is treating Galaxy S9 owners with an Android 10 update as we head into the weekend.
Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners on Verizon have begun getting their update to Android 10 as System Update 19. While Verizon's update support page doesn't mention Android 10 specifically, folks on Reddit who've gotten the update and Android Police both show that the update does include Android 10.
The update to Android 10 is a big one for Samsung phones. It brings the improved One UI 2 user interface, Dark Mode updates, clearer app icons and system colors, new full screen navigation gestures, a native screen recorder, and more.
If you've got a Verizon Galaxy S9 or S9+, you should see your Android 10 update in the coming days. You also have the option of checking for it manually by going into Settings > System updates > Check for system updates.
