One day after the Galaxy S9 and S9+ began receiving their Android 10 updates in the U.S., the Galaxy Note 9 is getting updated, too.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 owners on multiple U.S. carriers have started receiving the Android 10 update. According to SamMobile, Note 9 owners on U.S. Cellular, Xfinity Mobile, and Spectrum Mobile are getting the update now.
The update is version N960USQU3DTA4 and it includes features like new navigation gestures, Focus Mode in Digital Wellbeing, a native screen recorder, and the option to add an alternative look to the face unlock feature. Note 9 owners can expect dark mode improvements, too, as well as smoother animations and clearer app icons and system colors.
There's no word yet on when Note 9 phones on carriers like AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon will begin getting their Android 10 update. Now that at least some Note 9s in the U.S. have started receiving the update, though, it shouldn't be too much longer before it continues to spread.
