Some Google Pixel owners are suffering from an annoying little bug.

New reports say that app icons are randomly disappearing from the Pixel Launcher for some Pixel owners. 9to5Google and Reddit users say that an app's icon will sometimes just disappear, leaving just the app name below it. The issue is worse if one of the app icons that disappear is in your dock because it looks like the app is just completely gone since there are no names there.

There doesn't seem to be any pattern or reason for app icons going missing. Tapping on the missing app icon will make it reappear and load the app.

The good news is that this bug doesn't actually delete the app or affect its performance. Still, it can be a little annoying when you're going to tap on an app to launch it and the icon is suddenly gone.

The bug appears to be affecting most Pixel phones, including the Pixel 4 and Pixel 3a as well as the Pixel 2 XL. Google hasn't issued an official statement on the issue, but now that news about it is picking up, hopefully a fix will be released soon.
