Last week, T-Mobile announced a new deal that'll save you up to $700 on a new iPhone 11, 11 Pro, or 11 Pro Max. One of the requirements of that offer is that you activate a new voice line, though, which is something that not everyone is going to want to do. Now T-Mo has another new iPhone deal aimed at customers who don't want another line.
Starting November 27th, T-Mobile will offer up to $400 off Apple's new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Max, as well as the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR. There's no add-a-line requirement, but you do need to trade in an iPhone that's fully paid off and in good condition. You'll also need to buy your new phone on a monthly installment plan.

T-Mobile also announced a couple of other deals today that are launching on Black Friday, November 29th. They include a free SyncUp Drive when you activate a 2GB or higher SyncUp Drive plan and $120 off the Beats Solo3 on-ear wireless headphones that'll leave the final price at $99.99.
