After confirming last week that it will carry the LG G8X ThinQ, Sprint has now revealed its launch and pricing plans for the new device.
The LG G8X ThinQ will be available for pre-order from Sprint beginning November 1st and it'll launch on November 8th. Pricing for the G8X ThinQ will be set at $31.21 per month on an 18-month Sprint Flex lease, but customers who switch to Sprint can get it for $15 per month. This offer is also available to existing Sprint customers who are eligible for an upgrade or add a new line to their account.
For a limited time, customers who buy an LG G8X ThinQ can get a free Dual Screen accessory. Just buy your G8X, redeem the offer online, and LG will ship your Dual Screen attachment within six weeks. This offer will be available through January 9th.
LG's Dual Screen accessory adds a second 6.4-inch 2340x1080 OLED screen to the G8X ThinQ. It locks into any angle and can be used as a stand, a game controller, or a multitasking helper. There's also a 2.1-inch monochrome screen on the outside of the Dual Screen accessory so that you can see the date, time, and your notifications when the case is closed.
The LG G8X ThinQ will also launch at AT&T in the U.S. on November 1st. It'll be priced at $26 per month for 30 months, but AT&T says that customers who open a new line can get it for free with monthly credits. AT&T customers who buy an LG G8X ThinQ can also get a free Dual Screen accessory with their purchase when they buy both on the same transaction.
