Sprint's 5G coverage is growing again.
Sprint today confirmed that it has expanded its 5G mobile coverage in nine cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, and Washington D.C. With this expanded coverage, Sprint 5G now reaches 16 million people, up from the 11 million people it covered previously.

Sprint today also touted that its average 5G download speeds are 201.2Mbps, according to Ookla Speedtest Intelligence data. That's nearly six times faster than Sprint's average LTE download speed of 35.7Mbps.
There are currently three phones available from Sprint that support 5G: the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, and LG V50 ThinQ. Sprint also sells the HTC 5G Hub, a hotspot device with 5G support.
