If you use a third-party keyboard on iOS, there's a potentially nasty new bug that you need to be aware of.
Apple revealed today that there's a bug in iOS 13 and iPadOS that can allow third-party keyboards to gain full access to external services even if you haven't given it access (via TechCrunch). Typically, third-party keyboards can be made to run entirely standalone or they can request full access to external services, but this bug can grant them full access without your permission.
Apple says that it plans to release a software update to patch this bug, but it doesn't say exactly when the update will begin rolling out.
You can see if you've got any third-party keyboards installed on your iPhone or iPad by going into the Settings app and selecting General > Keyboard > Keyboards. This bug doesn't affect Apple's built-in keyboard or any third-party keyboards that don't use full access.
