Google Pixel fans, clear your schedule on October 15.
Google announced a new event that's happening in New York City on October 15. The company teases that it'll show "a few new things Made by Google", but it doesn't confirm exactly what it's got in store for the show.
Google isn't straight up saying, "Hey, the Pixel 4 will be announced at this event", but it seems likely that that's the case. The past three generations of Pixel flagships have been announced in October, and we've been positively inundated with leaks of the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL lately.
As for what else Google could have up its sleeve for the show, we've heard some rumblings that a Google Nest Mini smart speaker is coming soon, so that's one possibility. The Pixelbook was announced at the Pixel event two years ago and the Pixel Slate was introduced at last year's Pixel event, so perhaps a new Pixel laptop or tablet will be shown next month, too.
