Apple hasn't yet released iOS 13 to the public, but that hasn't stopped the company from kicking off beta testing of the following release.
iOS 13.1 beta 1 is now available to registered developers. If you've signed up with Apple as a developer, you can download iOS 13.1 beta 1 over the air by going into Settings > General > Software Update. You can also download the update on the web by pointing your browser at Apple's Developer Center.

It's kind of strange to see Apple release the first iOS 13.1 beta before it even launches iOS 13 to the public. In fact, we just got a new iOS 13 beta release less than a week ago. It's possible that Apple wants to get iOS 13.1 out quickly after the release of iOS 13, perhaps to add new features or other improvements that won't make the cut for iOS 13.
Apple also released watchOS 6 beta 9 to registered developers.
