It looks like another HTC smartphone is now getting its update to Android Pie.

The HTC U12+ is now being updated to Pie in the U.S., according to owners of the HTC flagship. If you're rocking an HTC U12+, you may want to check for an update right now.

This update bumps the HTC U12+ to version 2.51.617.1 and is 954.65MB. Along with Android Pie, it brings system enhancements and removes Google+ from HTC BlinkFeed because of Google+'s recent shutdown.

HTC began updating U12+ models in Taiwan to Android Pie in early July, so it's nice to see the update now making its way to HTC U12+ owners in the U.S. The company may be having a rough time right now, but it's good to see that those folks sticking with their HTC U12+ are finally getting their piece of Pie.
