Last year, T-Mobile CEO John Legere launched a cookbook called #SlowCookerSunday with recipes used in his weekly Facebook Live show of the same name. Now T-Mobile customers can get a free digital copy.

T-Mobile Tuesdays is now offering T-Mo customers a free e-copy of #SlowCookerSunday. Just open your T-Mobile Tuesdays app (available for Android and iOS) or visit the website and you can claim your PDF copy of the book. The digital book is app and device agnostic and can be claimed between June 4th and June 10th.

Included with #SlowCookerSunday is 52 slow cooker recipes, including a veggie omelet, tarragon lamb shanks, and apple pudding.

If you'd prefer a physical copy of the book for your kitchen, you can buy it for $19.99 from T-Mobile's website or at select T-Mo stores. All net proceeds from the book's sales will go to the hunger-relief nonprofit Feeding America.

In addition to the free digital cookbook, T-Mobile customers can claim a $4 ticket to the new movie Dark Phoenix from T-Mo Tuesdays as well as a free medium latte from Dunkin', a free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco from Taco Bell, and a $0.10 per gallon gas discount from Shell. T-Mobile is also offering a grand prize of $1,000 to spend on movie tickets from Atom Tickets.
