That disappearing text messages bug isn't the only Pixel 3 issue that Google is working on a patch for.
Google has confirmed that it plans to roll out a software update in the coming weeks to address the buzzing that's been plaguing some Pixel 3 owners. We first heard of the bug a month ago, as some Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL owners were reporting that they heard buzzing and general distortion from their front-facing speakers when some notification sounds played, as well as with songs and videos.
The launch of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have been plagued by a handful of software bugs, which is a bit disappointing to see since these are expensive flagship phones from Google. The company has promised updates to address the issues shortly after news of them came out, so at least you Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL owners know that Google is working to address the problems.
