Two new Samsung devices are making their way to T-Mobile.
Starting this Friday, November 9, T-Mobile will sell the Samsung Galaxy A6 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. The Galaxy A6 will be priced at $16 down and $16 per month for 24 months on an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP), or $400 full retail, but T-Mo says customers who add a new line and buy the Galaxy A6 on EIP with autopay can save $144 on the device. That knocks the Galaxy A6 down to $16 down and $10 per month for 24 months with monthly bill credits.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S4 will cost $28 down and $28 per month for 24 months, or $700 full retail. T-Mobile will offer a deal for this device, too, saying customers who buy the Tab S4 on EIP and sign up for a new 6GB or higher Simple Choice or T-Mobile One mobile internet plan with autopay can get the tablet for half off. That means it would cost $28 down and $13.42 per month for 24 months with monthly bill credits.
Both the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy Tab S4 include support for T-Mobile's 600MHz LTE coverage, which reaches farther and is better at penetrating buildings compared to mid-band LTE and is now available in more than 1,500 cities and towns.
The Samsung Galaxy A6 is also packing features like a 5.6-inch 1480x720 Super AMOLED screen, octa-core Exynos 7884 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage, along with a microSD card slot that'll let you add more storage. There are 16MP cameras on the front and back of the Galaxy A6 as well as facial recognition, a fingerprint reader, a 3300mAh battery, and Android Oreo.
Samsung's Galaxy Tab S4 is one of the more high-end Android tablets we've seen come to market recently, packing a 10.5-inch 2560x1600 Super AMOLED screen, octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor, and 4GB of RAM. There's 64GB of built-in storage along with a microSD card slot, a 7300mAh battery, facial recognition and an iris scanner, and Android Oreo. Samsung has also thrown in quad speakers for better audio performance and an S Pen stylus for productivity.
