After making its international debut a couple of months ago, the Moto E5 Plus today made its way onto the shelves of a U.S. wireless provider.
The Moto E5 Supra is now available from Cricket Wireless online and in stores. Pricing for the new Motorola smartphone is set at $179.99.
While it's got a slightly different name, the Moto E5 Supra is similar in specs to the Moto E5 Plus. It's got the same 6-inch 1440x720 display, the same 12MP rear camera with LED flash, and the same whopping 5000mAh battery.
Other specs included with the Moto E5 Supra is a fingerprint reader, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a microSD card slot if you need more storage. There's a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor in there, too, along with an 8MP front-facing camera with its own LED flash and a water repellent coating. On the software side, the Moto E5 Supra runs Android 8.0 Oreo along with some custom Moto Actions, which include gestures like the ability to twist the device to activate the camera.
The Moto E5 Supra looks like a solid device for its price. It's got a large display, a clean design, and a massive battery that ought to last all day and even into the following day. Motorola has also included its TurboPower charging feature to help you recharge that 5000mAh battery in a hurry.
