Details on Google's Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL continue to leak out ahead of their expected debut later this year.

Google is prepping at least two new phones that are likely to be called "Pixel 3" and "Pixel 3 XL", say sources speaking to Bloomberg. The Pixel 3 will look similar to the Pixel 2, according to the tipsters, and will not have a notch or edge-to-edge screen.

Meanwhile, the Pixel 3 XL is expected to have a nearly edge-to-edge screen, save for a thicker bezel at the chin and a notch up top in order to keep the phone's front stereo speakers. The notch on the Pixel 3 XL isn't as wide as the one on the iPhone X, but is taller.

It's also expected that the Pixel 3 XL's notch will be home to dual front-facing cameras. Around back, it's said that both the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will have an upgraded single lens rear camera.

The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will reportedly be manufactured by Hon Hai Precision Industry Inc. (aka Foxconn), the same company that makes Apple's iPhones, for the first time. It's said that Google will launch its new Pixel phones in October and that Verizon will once again be the exclusive U.S. carrier partner.

Many of the details included in today's report line up with a leak that we saw earlier this week. A leaked screen protector for the Pixel 3 showed that it will indeed have top and bottom bezels, but the good news for fans of the smaller Pixel phones is that those bezels look smaller than the ones on the Pixel 2. Meanwhile, the Pixel 3 XL screen protector did show a bottom bezel along with a notch up top.

Meanwhile, a separate report from Korean publication Digital Daily claims that LG Display will supply Google with a notched OLED display for a new smartphone. That might upset some people as LG also supplied the display for the Pixel 2 XL, which has been the target of a lot of criticism.
