Last month, the Honor 7X launched in the U.S. in Honor's online store shortly after it was announced. Now the Honor 7X is making its way to another online shop.
Amazon will release the Honor 7X on January 25th. You can pre-order the device right now, though, with blue and black color options available.
The Honor 7X is sold unlocked. It's a GSM device, meaning it'll work with carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile in the U.S. but not on Sprint or Verizon.
As a refresher, the Honor 7X features a dual rear camera setup with one 16MP sensor and one 2MP sensor. You can use these two cameras to add depth of field effects to your photos. There's an 8MP camera on the front of the 7X, too.
Also included with the Honor 7X is a 5.93-inch 2160x1080 display, octa-core Kirin 659 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. There's also a 3,340mAh battery, a rear fingerprint reader, and Android 7.0 running below Huawei's custom EMUI 5.1 user interface.
The Honor 7X looks like it could be a solid device for anyone in the market for a new affordable Android phone. It's got a large display, and while its bezels aren't the smallest around, they are small. Add to that features like a dual rear camera setup and a metal body and you've got a phone with some premium features and a not-so-premium price tag.
