HQ is one of the most popular apps around right now, letting users compete in a live trivia challenge twice daily with the opportunity to win some cash. The app has been iOS-only in the months since its launch, but that's about to change.
The official HQ account on Twitter has teased that an Android version of the app is coming in time for the holidays. "Hey world, we hear you also have Android phones?" the account said. "HQ has a nice little stocking stuffer coming your way..."
If that's not enough, the official HQ account also updated its bio to say "Coming for Android on Christmas."
We don't see many apps released first on iOS and then months later on Android anymore, but unfortunately Android users have had to watch on as iOS users got in on the fun of HQ for the past couple of months. Thankfully, the iOS exclusivity of HQ will be pretty short, and Android users will be able to see what all of the fuss is about and test their knowledge with HQ in just a few weeks.
Have you tried HQ yet? Are you going to check it out when it launches for Android?
