If you’re a T-Mobile customer that spent your Thursday battling connectivity issues after installing iOS 10, I’ve got some good news for you.
Apple and T-Mobile are now pushing out a new update to fix the connectivity problems that some iOS users saw after updating to iOS 10. If that’s you, then you can go into Settings > General > About on your iOS device and you should get the fix.
If you held off on updating to iOS 10 because of these connectivity problems, you should now be safe to update. You can do so going to Settings > General > Software Update on your device.
While some folks that were dealing with iOS 10’s connectivity issues could reset their device to temporarily fix the issue, it’s still frustrating to have to deal with a connection that’ll randomly go in and out. It’s good to see Apple and T-Mobile were able to roll out a fix to this issue well before their 24-48 hour estimate and save their customers some headaches.
Were you having connectivity issues on T-Mobile after updating to iOS 10? If so, does this new update fix the problems?
