Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are two of the biggest smartphone releases of 2016, and Samsung has created an advertisement for its new flagship hardware that’s equally as large.
Samsung has launched a Galaxy S7 edge advertisement on the side of a building in Sokol, Moscow, Russia, that measures 80 meters (262 feet) tall and 40 meters (131 feet) wide. As you can imagine, you can see this huge LED sign from pretty far away, with Samsung saying that it can be spotted as far as 2.2 kilometers (1.37 miles) away.
The sign itself is located along a main road that connects downtown Moscow and the Sheremetyevo International Airport. Samsung estimates that around 800,000 people travel through this area every day, and I’m betting that most all of them will take notice of this ginormous GS7 edge.
Samsung doesn’t offer up many details about the sign itself apart from its size, but we can see that Samsung put some effort into making sure that this big GS7 edge looks similar to the one that’s in many consumers’ pockets. We can see the Samsung logo, earpiece, sensors and front-facing camera up above the screen, and below it there’s a home button.
If you happen to be in Russia sometime soon, you can go check out this massive advertisement right now. If your upcoming plans don’t include Moscow, though, you can see more of this massive Galaxy S7 edge signage in the video at the top of this post.
