Verizon’s XLTE service is growing again, with several more US cities gaining access to the improved LTE coverage.
Verizon says that XLTE is now live in cities like Alpena, Mich.; McCook, Neb.; Roseburg, Ore.; and Victoria, Texas. The full list of today’s new XLTE markets looks like this:
Verizon’s XLTE service is now live in 466 markets across the country. With XLTE, customers with compatible devices can access both 700MHz and AWS spectrum as well as faster peak data speeds. Verizon currently sells 49 XLTE-ready devices, which includes most new phones like the LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7, HTC 10, iPhone 6s, and iPhone SE.
