Recently, folks that have their eye on the LG G5 have had to sit and watch their Galaxy S7-toting friends enjoying their new Android flagship, while they wonder when their new phone will arrive. Today that info has finally started to come out.
The LG G5 is now available for pre-order from Best Buy, which is currently offering the AT&T and Sprint versions and will begin taking orders for the Verizon model on March 24. Meanwhile, US Cellular will begin taking LG G5 pre-orders on March 28 and T-Mobile pre-orders will start on March 29. T-Mobile and US Cellular both say that the G5 will launch in their stores on April 1.
T-Mobile’s pricing for the LG G5 will be set at $0 down, 23 payments of $26.25 per month, and 1 payment of $26.24. T-Mo customers that buy the LG G5 before April 17 will get a second battery and a battery charging cradle for free, and folks that buy before April 5 will also get a free LG 360 Cam.
Moving over to Best Buy, Sprint customers can get an LG G5 for $99.99 with a two-year contract and $100 savings. Best Buy is also offering a free $100 gift card to folks that buy an LG G5 for Sprint or AT&T on monthly installments. That pricing is set at 24 payments of $24 for Sprint and 30 payments of $22.97 for AT&T with Next. Whichever way you buy your LG G5 from Best Buy, you’ll get a free second battery, battery charging cradle, and a USB Type-C to microUSB adapter, which you can use to plug the G5 into your microUSB cables.
Finally, US Cellular’s pricing for the LG G5 will be set at $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $26.50 each, or $199.99 with a two-year contract. Customers that buy before April 17 will score a free second battery and a battery charging cradle. US Cellular also says that it plans to offer LG’s G5 Friends later in April, including the LG Cam Plus, LG 360 Cam, and LG 360 VR.
