Smartwatches are big in mobile right now, but because they’re young and can be pricey, some folks may be hesitant to pull the trigger on one. With the new Motorola deal, though, that second hurdle is completely eliminated.
Motorola is now offering a free Moto 360 (1st Gen.) with the purchase of a 64GB Moto X Pure Edition. Pricing for the 64GB version of the Moto X Pure Edition starts at $499.99 and the Moto 360 normally costs $199.99, but a discount will cancel out the cost of the Moto 360 when both items are in your virtual cart.
The Moto 360 isn’t exactly the freshest Android Wear smartwatch around, but it’s still an attractive wearable that did receive the recent Android 6.0 update with Doze mode battery optimizations and new wrist gestures. The Moto X Pure Edition has been updated to Android 6.0, too, meaning that those folks that take advantage of this deal will be totally Marshmallow-fied.
This offer will be available through tomorrow, February 18, at 11:59 am ET.
