UPDATE: Apple has also released iOS 9.0.1 for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The iOS 9.0.1 update that went out yesterday apparently didn’t include support for the new iPhone models, so that’s why this update is going out today. That means that if you’re getting a new iPhone tomorrow, you’ll probably have to update it once you get it out of the box.

ORIGINAL: One day after pushing out iOS updates to the public and to registered developers, Apple is treating its Public Beta testers to new software, too.

Apple just released iOS 9.1 Public Beta 2 to participants in its Apple Beta Software Program. The good news is that because this update is considerably smaller than Public Beta 1, which was 1.5GB on my iPhone 6 Plus.

It’s not yet clear exactly what’s changed between iOS 9.1 Public Beta 1 and Public Beta 2. However, we do know that iOS 9.1 itself includes several new emoji characters, including a burrito and a middle finger.

If you’re in the Apple Beta Software Program, grab your registered device(s) and go into Settings > General > Software Update to install iOS 9.1 Public Beta 2.
