The BlackBerry Venice leaks appear to be getting more revealing with each one that appears, and today a new leak has surfaced that gives us perhaps our best look at the Venice yet.
Several images that show the BlackBerry Venice fully exposed have made their way online. Posted by Android Authority, the photos show the Venice both close and with its keyboard exposed. We can also see the back of the phone, which includes an 18-megapixel camera.
We’re given several looks at the software on the Venice as well, which looks a lot like vanilla Android. There are some BlackBerry tweaks, though, like some slightly different icons and a new Recent Apps UI. There are also a couple of new shortcuts alongside the Google Now button that appears when you slide your finger up from the app drawer button.
The BlackBerry Venice will reportedly launch in November on all four major US carriers, and when it does, it might include a Snapdragon 808 processor and 3GB of RAM. The Venice is definitely an interesting phone thanks to it being a BlackBerry-made Android phone and a slider with a physical keyboard, and so while we’ll have to wait and see if it’s actually any good, the Venice is sure to grab some attention at launch regardless of how it handles.
