By now we’ve seen the new Moto 360 (2nd Gen.) a number of times, both in the wild and in render form. That doesn’t mean we’re not looking forward to the smartwatch’s official unveiling, though, and now we know when that’ll happen.
Lenovo, parent company of Motorola, has posted a teaser image on its official Sina Weibo page that shows that the new Moto 360 will be revealed on September 8. The image says “It’s time” and shows the upper half of the new Moto 360, complete with exposed lugs and a repositioned side button.
Despite the Moto 360 (2nd Gen.) leaking left and right in recent weeks, we don’t really know much about what kind of updated specs it might feature. It has been suggested that Motorola will offer the new 360 in small and large sizes, with the former having a 1.37-inch display and the latter boasting a 1.55-inch screen. It’s also rumored that a fitness-focused Moto 360 Sport with a rubberized band will come along later this year.
