When it launched last week, Samsung’s Ultimate Test Drive was already a pretty good deal, letting iPhone users try out a new Galaxy phone for 30 days for $1. But now Samsung has made the offer even better.
Samsung says that if you end up buying a phone thanks to the Ultimate Test Drive program, it’ll give you a $100 Google Play credit that’s good for apps, games, and more. You jut need to enter the email address associated with your Ultimate Test Drive, answer some questions about your experience with the promotion, and then enter your phone’s purchase details and your receipt.
Additionally, if you ended up trading your iPhone into a carrier or retailer, Samsung will give you a $100 check on top of your Google Play credit.
Samsung’s Ultimate Test Drive sold out of phones shortly after the promo went live, which isn’t exactly a surprise since it lets you try a flagship phone for 30 days, but Samsung says that it’s working to make the offer available to more people. And with the added $100 or $200 bonus for actually buying a new Galaxy after the test is over, anyone thinking about jumping from Team Apple to Team Samsung really ought to try and take part in this test drive.
