Nearly one month after the HTC Desire 526 and 626 made their official debuts, Verizon has announced plans to sell both phones.

The HTC Desire 526 (above left) will launch online and in Verizon stores tomorrow, August 13, at a price of $5 per month ($120 full retail). You’ll be able to get the 526 on prepaid or postpaid service. Meanwhile, the Desire 626 (above right) will launch “in the coming weeks” for an undisclosed price, and it’ll also be available on postpaid or prepaid as well.

Verizon currently offers one entry-level HTC phone in the Desire 612, but that device is starting to get a bit long in the tooth for a mobile phone, and it looks like Verizon is going to replace it with these two new Desire models.
