If you’ve been itching to add 200GB of expandable storage to your phone or tablet ever since SanDisk announced its mega microSD card in March, you can now do just that.
Amazon is selling SanDisk’s 200GB microSD card for $239.44, which is actually a bit less than the $399.99 MSRP than SanDisk mentioned earlier this year. This Class 10 microSD card comes with an SD adapter and supports transfer speeds of up to 90MB per second.
Obviously $240 is a lot to pay for a microSD card, but you’re getting a lot of storage for your money. And if you’re not comfortable spending that much on a microSD card, you can wait for the price to drop, which is almost assuredly will in the next 6 to 12 months. You could also opt for a smaller card, like the 128GB card that’s $78.99.
