Late last year, Sprint launched a promo that offered to cut the plans of AT&T and Verizon customers in half if they switch to the Now Network. Now one of Sprint’s prepaid subsidiaries has a similar deal.
Boost Mobile is now offering to cut the monthly payment of Cricket and MetroPCS customers in half if they switch to Boost. With this promo, Cricket and MetroPCS switchers can get unlimited talk and text as well as 2.5GB of data for $20 per month or 5GB of data for $25 per month. Boost will also offer 10GB of data for $30 per month.
The fine print of the plan states that these promotional plans will be good for 12 months. After that, you’ll be switched to a higher-cost plan that offers comparable features. The deal runs through July 20, and in order to take advantage of it, you’ll need to complete your port in a participating Boost dealer.
These discounted Boost Mobile plans are pretty awesome for the price, offering up to 10GB of data each month for just $30, so Cricket and MetroPCS customers should consider checking them out. It’s kind of a bummer that they only last for one year, but as they say, all good things must come to an end.
