Two weeks after BlackBerry detailed its BlackBerry OS 10.3.2 software update, it’s been revealed that the new goodness has already started its rollout.
BlackBerry OS 10.3.2 is now making its way to the BlackBerry Classic on T-Mobile and Verizon. The update brings with it anti-theft protection, a new version of BlackBerry Blend, improvements to the camera’s low light performance as well as its focus speed and accuracy, and enhancements for apps like BlackBerry Calendar, BlackBerry Assistant, and BlackBerry Browser.
This update is a biggie, with T-Mobile reporting that it weighs 425MB, so you’ll probably want to be on Wi-Fi when you try to download it. When you’re ready to update, you can check for 10.3.2 by heading into Settings > Software Updates > Check for Updates on your BlackBerry Classic.
It’s worth noting that this BlackBerry OS 10.3.2 update isn’t only for the Classic. It’ll actually be pushed to all BlackBerry 10 smartphones, including the wide BlackBerry Passport, the aging BlackBerry Q10 and Z10, and BlackBerry’s BB10 Porsche Design phones. BlackBerry OS 10.3.2 will be pushed to more devices in the coming weeks.
BlackBerry has also teased that it’s hard at work on BlackBerry OS 10.3.3, but the company didn’t share any details on what the next update might contain.
