When T-Mobile announced its #NeverSettleForVerizon switcher promo in early May, it said that the deal would only last for that month. Apparently T-Mo saw some success with it, though, because the deal has been extended through June.
T-Mobile CEO John Legere has revealed that the #NeverSettleForVerizon promotion will now last until June 27. The promo gives Verizon customers a T-Mobile phone to try out the carrier’s service for 14 days, which is twice as long as T-Mobile’s standard Test Drive. Once the 14 days is up, that customer has two options: go back to Verizon, return the phone to T-Mobile and T-Mo will refund any expenses incurred, including any services that Verizon might charge; or switch to T-Mobile have have their Verizon ETF and device payments paid by T-Mobile after trading in their old phone and getting a new one on a Simple Choice plan.
While you can easily look at reports or talk to friends to find learn about how a carrier works in the area that you live, the best way is to just try it out for yourself. This #NeverSettleForVerizon promo gives existing customers of the big red carrier a full two weeks to try T-Mobile, which should be enough to test out T-Mo’s network in the places that you frequent. So if you’re a Verizon customer that’s been thinking about jumping to a different carrier, you’ve now got another few weeks to take advantage of this T-Mobile offer.
