Samsung is prepping a new smartwatch, but it’s not the only one with a new wearable on the way.
A Bluetooth Special Interest Group listing has been discovered that may belong to the Moto 360 (2nd Gen.). The device is listed as a Motorola product with the design name and design model number BTMW03. To compare, the original Moto 360 was BTMW01. This mysterious Motorola hardware supports Bluetooth 4.1 and is described as a “Motorola Android Device.”
The appearance of Bluetooth SIG listings, just like FCC entries, aren’t an absolute guarantee that a product is nearing release. That said, it’s possible that the new Moto 360 may be revealed soon. Not only has the original Moto 360 been included in quite a few sales lately, but we’re now a little more than a year out from the announcement of the first Moto 360.
What do you hope to see from the next Moto 360?
