Motorola teased last month that the Moto 360 would gain Moto Maker customization support in March, and today is the day that the feature is going live.
You can now customize a Moto 360 using Motorola’s Moto Maker personalization site. When you decide to create your own Moto 360, your unit starts out at $249.99. You can select either a light finish, dark finish, or champagne gold finish, the last of which will cost an extra $30. You then select a band, with options that include three 22mm leather bands and three sizes of metal bands that’ll set you back an extra $50 each. Finally, you can choose one of 11 watch faces that’ll be preloaded onto your device.
Moto Maker has been available to both versions of the Moto X since their launches, allowing customers to design a smartphone that appeals to them. While the customization options for the Moto 360 are a bit more limited, you can still get an Android Wear device that appeals to you without having to buy a watch and then buy a separate band because you don’t like the one that comes with your watch.
