Moto E (2nd Gen.) for Verizon leaks, and yes, it's got some carrier branding

Earlier this month, we saw a Sprint version of the still-unannounced Moto E (2nd Gen.) leak out. Apparently Sprint’s not the only CDMA carrier that’ll sell the new Moto E, though.

A new image of what may be a Verizon version of the Moto E (2nd Gen.) has leaked. The image shows the backside of the device, looking just like the Sprint version that Best Buy leaked, but this one’s got Verizon and 4G LTE logos. Shocker, I know.

The aforementioned Best Buy leak suggested that the new Moto E (2nd Gen.) will have a 4.5-inch 960x540 display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot, 5-megapixel rear and VGA front cameras, and 4G LTE connectivity. There are a few notable improvements over the original Moto E in there, and if the Moto E (2nd Gen.) comes in around $100 or even a little more than that, it could be a pretty compelling low-cost Android 5.0 smartphone.
