UPDATE: It’s been discovered that iOS 8.3 includes wireless CarPlay support. Currently, CarPlay users must connect that iPhone to their vehicle using a Lightning cable to use CarPlay, but this new feature lets the connection happen without that cable. Also included in the iOS 8.3 beta is better support for Google login for users with two-factor authentication.

Apple just posted the first beta version of iOS 8.3, one week after pushing out iOS 8.2 beta 5. The new iOS 8.3 beta is build 12F5027d and is available for the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini, and iPod touch (5th generation).
It’s not yet known what changes are included in iOS 8.3, but considering the jump from iOS 8.2 to iOS 8.3, it’s possible that there’s a new feature or two included. Stay tuned and I’ll update you with more info on iOS 8.3 as it becomes available.
