If you’re an Android Wear user, I’ve got some good news to help kickstart your weekend.
The Android Wear app has been updated with a handful of tweaks and bug fixes. Google says that the latest version of the app brings the ability to turn off the top card preview, which lets you view your entire watch face, or just push it down to hide it briefly. Also included is offline music playback with Bluetooth headphones, a battery saver mode that’ll turn off your watch’s display when its battery is low and some unspecified bug fixes.
This sounds like a pretty nifty update for Android Wear users. Our pal Dima at Android and Me is super excited for the ability to disable card previews, letting him see his watch face at all times, and offline music playback with Bluetooth headphones is going to be big for folks that exercise with their Android Wear device.
