A little over a week ago, Verizon slipped up and posted an official image of the backside of the red Motorola DROID Turbo. Now, just days ahead of the Turbo’s official announcement, we’re getting a clear look at the device’s full body.
Prolific leaker Evan Blass, aka @evleaks, has shared an image that shows the rears of both the black and red Motorola DROID Turbos. We can also see the front of the Turbo, which includes a centered front-facing camera, chin and a set of capacitive navigation buttons.
The rumored spec list for the Motorola DROID Turbo includes a 5.2-inch 2560x1440 display, 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 21-megapixel rear camera, 3GB of RAM and a beefy 3900mAh battery. Obviously we’ll have to see how the Turbo actually performs before we can make any judgments about it, but if this rumored spec list holds true, the Turbo could be one of the most desirable, high-end flagship smartphones of 2014.
Now that the Motorola DROID Turbo picture is starting to become clear, what do you think of the device? Are you thinking about picking one up?
UPDATE: And now @evleaks has posted a side view of the red Motorola DROID Turbo. The design is angular with a red chin sticking out at the bottom of the unit.
I think the aesthetics get a bad rap. But I wear a t-shirt and baseball cap everyday... pic.twitter.com/rD8GeyYBRo
