Apple is expected to officially unveil the iPhone 6 in less than a month, and so it should come as no surprise that the leaks that claim to show the impending device are now coming fast and hard.
iPhone modifier Feld & Volk have shared several photos of what it says are parts from the iPhone 6. The shots show the display assembly along with the digitizer and LCD flex cables as well as the earpiece, giving us an idea of how the device will look on the inside. Other images offer a closeup look of the front panel of the iPhone 6 and its curved edges, the power button, mute switch and SIM card tray.
If the iPhone 6 is indeed announced on Sept. 9 like the rumor mill says it will, then it’s likely that the device will actually go on sale in mid-September. That would mean that units are already in production, so it would make sense that parts would be steadily leaking out. And while we won’t know if the parts shown in today’s leak are the real deal, they do seem to line up with what previous leaks have shown and parts we’ve seen in past iPhone models.
Are you waiting for the iPhone 6’s arrival before making your next smartphone upgrade?
